Opting In and Opting Out of Communications

At Lawrence-Douglas County Public Health, we understand that your communication preferences are important. To ensure you receive information in the way that suits you best, we offer options for both opting in and opting out of emails, text messages, and phone calls.

Opting In:

1. Email Communication:

To opt in to receiving emails, please send an email to office@ldchealth.org with the subject line "Opt-In for Email Communication." Include your full name and contact information in the email.

2. Text Message Communication:

To opt in to receiving text messages, please send an email to office@ldchealth.org with the subject line "Opt-In for Text Message Communication." Include your full name and phone number in the email.

3. Phone Call Communication:

To opt in to receiving phone calls, please call us at 785-843-0721 and let our representative know that you would like to opt in for phone call communications.

Opting Out:

1. Email Communication:

To opt out of receiving emails, please send an email to office@ldchealth.org with the subject line "Opt-Out of Email Communication." Include your full name and contact information in the email.

2. Text Message Communication:

To opt out of receiving text messages, simply reply to any text message from us with the word "STOP." If you need assistance, reply with "HELP."

3. Phone Call Communication:

To opt out of receiving phone calls, please call us at 785-843-0721 and inform our representative that you would like to opt out of phone call communications.
