• Thursdays, 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m. June 22-July 27, Genesis South, 5200 Clinton Parkway in Lawrence.
Informational session will be 2 p.m.-3 p.m. June 15. All workshop participants will be eligible for 1 month free club privileges courtesy of Genesis. Genesis is also inviting workshop participants to participate in a Health & Wellness Challenge. The winner will receive a free 3-month club membership.
