Healthy Moms

Join the Healthy Moms program, a community of caring mothers. As part of LDCPH's Youth & Family Stability Programs, Healthy Moms meets weekly at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Community Health Facility, 200 Maine Street. On-site childcare is provided, if needed.

  • Mothers or mother figures in the community
  • Free and voluntary


  • Increase parents' capacity to build healthy co-parenting relationships and parent-child relationships.
  • Increase the family's capacity to maintain housing, employment, mental health, sobriety and educational advancements.


  • One-on-one case management
  • Personal and professional development curriculum
  • Care coordination
  • Short-term, non-current benefits, includign rent and utilities, not to exceed four months, for those at or below 100% poverty.
  • Exploration of resources
