The Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department can provide a FREE vending assessment to employers in Douglas County. The assessment will examine foods and beverages to determine the presence of healthy options. It also will look at the labeling to see if it encourages employees and customers to make healthy choices.
The assessments are available through a partnership with LiveWell Lawrence and LiveWell WorkWell.
