You can make an appointment using a registration code found on the page. Walk-ups will also be accepted during the clinic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. LDCPH will schedule other clinics throughout the community and list them on the website. Many local pharmacies are listed on the page as well and have available appointment times.
You will be contacted to schedule your second dose in the same way you were contacted to schedule your first dose. As of April 9, we have also published codes for all 1st dose and 2nd dose appointments, which will be available starting May 3 on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at LMH Health. You can find the codes at LDCHealth.org/COVIDVaccine and DouglasCountyks.org/Coronavirus to schedule your appointment.

The fee for a Tuberculosis (TB) skin test is $20. TB skin tests are administered at the Health Department every day of the week except Thursdays. Blood testing for TB screening also is available at a cost of $71. The blood test is primarily recommended for anyone born in a foreign country or who has received BCG vaccination.
In 2019, there is currently a shortage of TB skin testing material. Clients who need TB testing will be screened for health and job risks to determine which test is recommended during the shortage. This may include a screening form only until the shortage is resolved.
